Patient Profile: Maria Luisa Perez 

Maria Luisa Perez has been coming to CommunityHealth for more than 10 years – first being seen in the former location on Ashland Avenue. Mrs. Perez has eight children and twenty-six grandchildren.  She comes to the health center to maintain her health before problems arise. This year CommunityHealth provided Mrs. Perez with her annual exam, lab work, a colonoscopy, and a mammogram.
