Board member and volunteer nurse Mary Pat Studdert checks a patient's vitals.

We offer free primary and specialty care, preventive health screenings, vaccinations, diagnostic testing and services, case management and educational programs on-site. No fee is ever charged for services provided on-site. If you are in need of a referral to an outside community partner there may be a cost involved.  We now have two locations - West Town and Englewood.              

Specialty Care

To keep up with the growing needs of our patients, CommunityHealth has expanded its programs to include specialty services at its West Town location (Englewood patient have access to this complete list of services).
