As a totally free, volunteer-staffed health clinic, we receive no money from Medicare, Medicaid or third-party payers. We rely on individuals, foundations and corporations for more than 90% of our revenue. CommunityHealth simply could not exist without the support of our wonderful donors.
In 2009, we received more than $2 million through individual contributions and grants. This support keeps the doors open and makes possible the expansion of our specialty clinics and services–enhancing care for all our patients, but especially those with chronic conditions.
