Health Education
At CommunityHealth, we help patients take control of their health. One of the ways we do this is through our health education programs. These classes and support groups give people the information and tools they need to live healthier, better lives.
Why health education is important
Keeping up healthy habits is important to good health. It’s especially important for people living with chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure. Learning more about healthy eating and exercise can help control chronic diseases. And that can lead to a better quality of life.
>>Coming soon! The first step to making healthy decisions is getting educated. Soon you will find a variety of one-page health information fact sheets to help you understand health conditions and concerns.
